Frequently asked questions

A hot desk is a flexible workspace arrangement where desks are available on a first-come, first-served basis, rather than being assigned to a specific person. Our half-day, full-day or 3-day passes come with a hot desk. This means that you can choose to sit at any open desk with a “hot desk” label when you arrive.

A half-day pass gives you 4 hours of access on the date you selected at purchase. You can buy it in advance, but the 4-hour window begins when you first unlock the door using your access code.

Our hours of operation are from 6am to midnight.

No, unused days do not carry over. You choose your plan’s start date when purchasing, and it becomes valid from that day.

  • Half-day and full-day passes must be used on the specific date you selected at checkout.

  • 3-day and 10-day passes are valid for one month from the start date. Each day you use your access code counts as one used day.

  • Monthly plans are valid for one month from your chosen start date

You can select a membership of your choice and pay online. You will get an access code which you can use to get in. After you complete your booking, you’ll receive a welcome packet with detailed instructions and directions to the co-working space.

Yes, we’re in the very center of the city and you can reach us by tram, bus or trolley. The closest stop if you are using any of the three modes of public transport is “Skenderija”, which is a 50-100 meter walk from the office.

Our office is located directly above “Raiffeisen” bank which is on the corner of the intersection (look for yellow Raiffeisen flags). The entry to our office is right across the street from The Supreme Court of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Zones

  • 1 – 2 BAM per hour depending on the zone. Maximum 2-hour limit.
  • Payment: Via “Parkomats” installed in public parking areas.

Parking Lots

  • There are a few open parking lots on Kotromanića street. Prices range between 1 BAM to 2 BAM per hour.
  • You can also find a parking lot in front of Skenderija Center.

Garages are more expensive options with higher security. Some have weekly or monthly passes, so check their website for prices.
